Put your new skills to use by entering the Cooperative Education Program (CO-OP). CO-OP participation allows high school seniors to work at a job using the skills learned while attending Lehigh Career & Technical Institute.
The School-To-Career office manages the program. This office acts as a liaison between LCTI and Lehigh Valley businesses and industries creating a partnership in training students for the future workforce. By partnering with the community's employers, students learn on the job, and employers increase their access to trained and knowledgeable graduates. You will be able to work with a mentor and assess your own progress. Mentors share their expertise and provide you with an opportunity to acquire additional skills by utilizing an Occupational Training Plan. You are formally evaluated and informally assessed to help you to see what areas of your performance need improvement. What Lehigh Career & Technical Institute programs are part of the CO-OP Program?
