Participation in Lehigh Career & Technical Institute's Cabinetmaking & Millwork Program is an excellent opportunity to become part of a long tradition of skilled tradespersons whose craftsmanship is sought out by people who love and appreciate quality.
As a student of this program you will learn wood technology, fabrication, finishing, and cabinet installations. Acquire the skills to safely operate hand tools, portable power tools, and production machinery.
The Cabinetmaking & Millwork Program’s students skills are integrated into the design, construction, and installation of kitchens and bathrooms at the LCTI house projects as well as sending district and personal construction items. We are excited about the shiny,new lab addition to the Cabinetmaking program and looking forward to the 2008/2009 school year with our CNC, new Audio-Visual Equip., computers,Cabinet Vision Software, and other newly received equipment, such as our Felder sliding saw. |
