  • Basic math skills
  • College Prep Algebra I
  • College Prep Geometry
  • Ability to make calculations relating to dimensions, tooling, feeds and speeds  of machinery
  • Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instrumentation
  • Ability to measure to 1/1000th of an inch
  • Ability to use Cartesian coordinates
  • Ability to work with metric system

Program Requirements & Related Costs

  • Uniform requirements:
    • Blue or black button-down work shirt | $10
    • Must wear long pants
    • Must wear enclosed shoes

Cooperative Education

  • Students who meet all the requirements, including teacher recommendation, grades, attendance, and discipline record
  • Students must provide their own transportation to and from the job site
