Lehigh Career Technical Institute is selling two residential lots by auction this spring. The adjacent lots are 2810 and 2816 Rising Sun Road in North Whitehall Township (Lehigh County).

The lots are part of the Parkland School District community; residents in the area are served by Schnecksville Elementary, Orefield Middle and Parkland High schools. Both lots are well suited for single-family detached homes. Plus, they’ve been perc tested and approved.
