LCTI hires community outreach coordinator

SCHNECKSVILLE, Pa. | Lehigh Career & Technical Institute’s Joint Operating Committee on Wednesday (Jan. 24) approved hiring a community outreach coordinator and the retirements of four instructors.

Shannon Williams is scheduled to begin work as LCTI’s community outreach coordinator, a new full-time position, on Feb. 12.

Wanda Yohn, LCTI’s Drafting/Computer-Aided Design instructor, is scheduled to retire at the end of the 2017-18. Yohn joined the school staff in October 1985 and will have served LCTI nearly 33 years when she leaves this summer.

Shirley Gregowich-Rood, LCTI’s CAP Early Care & Education of Young Children instructor, is scheduled to retire at the end of 2017-18. Gregowich-Rood joined the school staff in September 1990 and will have served LCTI for 28 years when she leaves this summer.

Stephen Latanision, LCTI’s Pre-Engineering & Engineering Technology instructor, is scheduled to retire at the end of the 2017-18. Latanision joined the school staff in August 2009 and will have served nearly nine years when he leaves this summer.

Sharon Maletsky, LCTI’s SOC Food Services instructor, is scheduled to retire in November 2018. Maletsky joined the school staff in November 2002 and will have served 16 years when she retires this fall.
