SCHNECKSVILLE, Pa. | Lehigh Career & Technical Institute on Friday (Oct. 14) welcomed the 2016-17 lineup of SkillsUSA officers. The students, who represent a variety of sending high schools and career and technical education programs, were recognized at pinning ceremonies in the morning and afternoon.
