Nine more LCTI students qualify for FBLA state contest

SCHNECKSVILLE, Pa. | The number of Lehigh Career & Technical Institute students slated to compete this spring at the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference has jumped from 16 to 25.

LCTI recently received word that nine additional students qualified for the state contest by scoring high marks on work they submitted for evaluation ahead of December’s regional competition at Lehigh Carbon Community College.

The following students are slated to represent LCTI in the categories indicated:

They’ll join 16 fellow students who learned in December that they’d qualified for the competition scheduled April 3-5 in Hershey.

The FBLA-PBL, or Future Business Leaders of America- Phi Beta Lambda, is one of seven career and technical student organizations at LCTI. Administrative Office Technology/Accounting instructor Elaine Beam serves as the chapter advisor.
