Longtime LCTI staffer Sean Will retired at the end of 2025-2026.

SCHNECKSVILLE, Pa. — Two longtime Lehigh Career & Technical Institute staff members celebrated an important milestone this spring: retirement.

Electronics Technology instructor Thomas Lesisko joined the teaching staff 32 years ago in 1994 and Student Services Director Sean Will came to work for LCTI as a school counselor nearly 10 years later in 2003.

In their 55 years of combined service, Lesisko and Will helped thousands of students find pathways to career success, Administrative Director Dipal Kapadia said in his remarks about their retirement during LCTI’s annual Senior Recognition Night in May.

Happy retirement, Mr. Lesisko & Mr. Will! You will be missed!
