Friday, April 24, 2026: As a safety measure, LCTI was evacuated at 8:58 a.m. when the fire alarm sounded. Firefighters responded to the school and determined that burned food in one of its commercial kitchens triggered the alarm. Students and staff returned to the school, and normal operations resumed at 9:15 a.m.
