Monday, March 2: As a safety measure, LCTI restricted student and staff movement on campus at 9:15 a.m. due to a medical emergency. The restriction was lifted at 9:57 a.m., and normal operations resumed on campus. Pennsylvania State Police troopers who were at LCTI to serve as proctors for annual NOCTI testing assisted with the medical emergency until an ambulance arrived.
