SCHNECKSVILLE, Pa. | Four Lehigh Career & Technical Institute students are heading southwest this summer after notching first-place finishes at the Pennsylvania HOSA Leadership Conference.

Students’ wins at the state event, held March 9-11 in Lancaster, qualified them for the HOSA International Leadership Conference to be held June 22-25 in Nashville, Tennessee. All of this year’s qualifiers are students in LCTI’s Emerging Health Professionals program. They are:

Creative Problem Solving Team

Matthew Kermit, Emmaus High School

Creative Problem Solving Team

Emilanna Kim, Parkland High School

Epidemiology

Elton Veseli, Emmaus High School

Creative Problem Solving Team

HOSA – Future Health Professionals is one of seven career and technical student organizations at LCTI. Dental Technology instructor Cindy Heil serves as the chapter advisor.
