Lehigh Career & Technical Institute held its annual Senior Recognition Night on May 31, 2023, at PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Dear member of the Class of 2024,

Lehigh Career & Technical Institute cordially invites you to attend Senior Recognition Night, a celebration of the Class of 2024 and its members’ accomplishments. The ceremony is at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, May 29 at PPL Center, 701 Hamilton St., Allentown, Pa., 18101.

Tickets

Tickets for guests will be distributed to seniors at LCTI in their program classrooms. Seniors will automatically receive six (6) tickets. Guests must have tickets to be seated at PPL Center. For extra tickets, complete the online request form by Wednesday, May 15.

*We are working with Ms. Barto, LCTI’s school-to-career coordinator, to ensure that seniors on co-op receive their tickets.

Student attire

Seniors should dress to impress for Senior Recognition Night. No hats, no T-shirts, no crop tops, no sweats, no leggings, no jeans, no excessively baggy pants, no shorts and no flip-flops. For Senior Recognition Night outfit inspiration, visit lcti.org/seniors.

Student arrival

Seniors should enter PPL Center at the Air Products Gate at Seventh and Linden streets and report to the staging area no later than 5:45 pm. Signs will guide seniors to the staging area. Teacher(s) will guide seniors to the student seating section from there. Seniors do not need tickets to enter PPL Center, but they should bring their ID badges.

Guest arrival

Guests may enter PPL Center at any of the following gates:

• WFMZ Gate at Seventh and Hamilton streets
• LVHN Gate at Eighth and Hamilton streets
• Northwest Gate (NJM Insurance Group Gate) at Eighth and Linden streets

Remember, guests must have tickets to be seated at PPL Center.

Parking

Students and guests are encouraged to use the ParkMobile app or website (app.parkmobile.io) to reserve parking spaces in the Orange Garage attached to PPL Center. Spaces are $3 each. Reserving spaces ahead of the event is easy and it saves time.

Parking is also available on the street and in lots or decks operated by the Allentown Parking Authority. Visit the authority website, allentownparking.com, for details.

Driving instructions

• From Route 22: Take Route 22 toward Allentown to the Route 145/ MacArthur Road/Seventh Street exit. Take Seventh Street to PPL Center.
• From Route 222: Take Route 222 toward Allentown. Route 222 becomes Hamilton Boulevard and then West Hamilton Street. Take West Hamilton Street to PPL Center.
