Lehigh Career & Technical Institute has received the sad news that Chef Robert Hudoka, one of our Culinary Arts teachers, died Monday, Aug. 3, from complications of a medical issue. Chef Hudoka joined LCTI’s teaching staff in May 2012 and was a respected and well-liked member of our school community, which includes his wife Irene, who serves on our secretarial staff.

Chef Hudoka will be sorely missed and is mourned by his colleagues, students and many others. Please remember his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
