KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. | Two Lehigh Career & Technical Institute students were elected to the PENN HOSA Future Health Professionals Executive Council at last week’s state leadership conference.
Joshua Trotter, a William Allen High School junior, and Ryan Tran, a Whitehall High School junior, were the top vote-getters for 2023-2024 vice president and historian, respectively, at the 44th annual competition, held March 29-31 at Valley Forge Convention Center.
Trotter and Tran, both Health & Medical Sciences students at LCTI, weren’t the only big winners at the conference. Thanks to their top-three finishes in a mix of individual and team categories, nine Lehigh County students qualified to compete at HOSA’s International Leadership Conference this summer in Dallas. The qualifiers are:
