Manufacturing Month: Students tour Bracalente

TRUMBAUERSVILLE, Pa.Bracalente marked Manufacturing Day by welcoming nearly 200 visitors to their flagship site, including 35 students from Lehigh Career & Technical Institute’s Precision Machine Tool Technology program.

Students participated in a 12-stop tour of the 100,000-square-foot facility. They saw firsthand how Bracalente uses a variety of high-tech machines to manufacture parts for Case, Harley-Davidson, John Deere, Tesla and dozens of others.

At each tour stop, Bracalente employees talked with students about their work for the manufacturer and how they got their start with the company. Students also got to handle some of the precision parts Bracalente produces for companies across 10 industries.

President & CEO Ron Bracalente also talked to visitors about the manufacturer’s evolution from a small business to a global operation.  In 1950, Bracalente was one machine in his grandfather’s Bucks County basement, he said Friday (Oct. 17, 2025). Seventy-five years later, it’s a global company with operations in China, India, and Vietnam, as well as in Pennsylvania.
