Who are you and what’s your role at LCTI?

My name is Mr. Purcell and I’m the Print Technology/Graphic Imaging teacher at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute.

What’s your educational background?

I have certifications from Heidelberg USA, Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses USA, Komori USA and guilds for in-plant printing.

What’s your professional background?

Before joining LCTI’s faculty, I spent 13 years as a shift supervisor, 18 years in various pre-press and press operation roles and two years teaching at Dublin Institute of Technology.

What’s your claim to fame?

My claim to fame is helping and encouraging to my students to be successful.

What do you love about working at LCTI?

I love the wonderful camaraderie of the LCTI team.
