ServSafe Manager

LCTI offers a 16-hour training that prepares participants to earn the industry-recognized ServSafe Manager Certification, required by many state and local health departments. Through interactive instruction, theory/videos, and real-world scenarios, learners gain essential knowledge in food safety, hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and regulatory compliance. The course equips current or aspiring foodservice managers with the skills needed to maintain a safe operation, protect public health, and meet Certified Food Protection Manager requirements. Participants will complete the ServSafe Manager exam at the end of the training.
